50%, or one night minimum, confirms a reservation, except holiday stays must be paid in full, in advance.
Balance in full is payable upon arrival.
We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks and money orders. Sorry, we do not accept Credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund with at least a 14 day cancellation notice - less a $25 cancellation fee.
Without a 14 day cancellation notice, monies will be refunded only if room is re-rented for the entire reserved period - less a $25 cancellation fee.
