From the North:
From the Massachusetts Turnpike, Exit 11A, or points North, follow Interstate 495 South until it turns into Route 25, just after the junction with Interstate 195. Continue South, eventually crossing the Cape Cod Canal via the Bourne Bridge. Go half-way around the rotary. Follow directions "To the Inn" below.

From points South and West:
Follow Interstate 95 North until reaching Providence RI. Bear right at Interstate 195, following signs for "Cape Cod". Continue through Fall River and New Bedford, eventually intersecting with Route 495/Route 25 South for Cape Cod. Continue South, eventually crossing the Cape Cod Canal via the Bourne Bridge. Go half-way around the rotary. Follow directions "To the Inn" below.

From the Boston area:
Follow Route 128 South, to Route 3 South, to Route 6 East, crossing the Cape Cod Canal via the Sagamore Bridge. Take Exit 1C and follow the road to the traffic light at the end. Take a left onto Sandwich Road, which parallels the Cape Cod Canal, until reaching the Bourne Bridge Rotary. Go three-quarters-way around the rotary. Follow directions "To the Inn" below.

To the Inn:
Follow Route 28 South towards Falmouth. At three miles, watch for the sign for Pocasset & Wings Neck. Turn right onto Barlows Landing Road. At one mile, there is a traffic light at County Road. Continue straight through light for almost another mile, crossing the railroad tracks, until you reach the Stop sign at the intersection of Shore Road. Turn left. We are about a tenth of a mile up on the left side, past PHINNEY'S PLACE, behind the white fence.
